The following documents you need as an OAU fresher are:
1. Passport Photographs
Passport is needed for registration and screening. Aside screening and registration you will need passport for one thing or the other before your graduation.
So you are advised to print as many copies as possible.
On the average a fresh student needs between 15 to 20copies of passport.
The passport background is Skye blue
2. Birth Certificate Or A Sworn Declaration Of Age Certificate
Ensure that your birth certificate is readily available as it is one of the documents to present during registration. If you don't have one, visit a Government Hospital or go to court to swear an affidavit.
3. Post-UTME Or Pre-degree Final Result
Later on when the OAU portal is opened for your set, you'll be able login with your JAMB registration number and will be required to print out the following documents after the online screening which you'll have to do when the portal is open
• *Notification of Admission*(Bio-data form/ Student Information Form – MIS 2 Form
*•Online Screening Summary Report*
*•Directorate of Academic affairs Verification of credentials*
*•Clearance Certificate*
*•Hostel Slip*(If you were lucky enough to get one on campus.

4 ORIGINAL JAMB RESULT
You are required to print your JAMB Original result. JAMBites and Ex-predites need thier original jamb result but D.E applicants should have a copy of the result they are using for thier direct entry. Ex-predites need to print there pre Degree final result as well
5. Jamb Admission letter.
Admission letter is one of the documents you need to present for screening. Your admission letter and result must have your passport photograph and must be printed in colour to ascertain that it is original.
